Crochet Class

About This Event

Join us for a fun and welcoming Beginner Crochet Class led by Sister Anjum at California Islamic Center. Whether you've never picked up a crochet hook before or are looking to learn a new creative skill, this class is designed to help you build a strong foundation in crochet at a comfortable pace.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of crochet, including how to hold a crochet hook, work with yarn, and create essential stitches. Students will specifically learn:

Single Crochet (SC)

Half Double Crochet (HDC)

Double Crochet (DC).

* One Make-up class will be offered if a participant misses a class.

*Participants must bring their own materials: Crochet hook (5.5mm) and any colored yarn (medium weight: 4) Solid, light color is recommend.
